Lockwood founded Vincimus Capital in 2022, after nearly two decades across family business, operating companies, and the private markets. A Jacksonville native and longtime Malibu resident, he is a teaching elder at his church, a competitive open-ocean paddler, and a father of three.

Morgan has spent nearly two decades building the systems, operations, and relationships behind sophisticated investment firms — most recently leading Technology and Operations at FIG Capital. A Jacksonville native and Auburn graduate, he lives near the water with his wife and three daughters.

Sarah brings nearly two decades across wealth management, investment strategy, and commercial banking — most recently leading the investment platform of a fast-growing wealth management firm. A Pacific Northwest native and the daughter of an immigrant, she is animated by hard work, grit, and family.

Joel is licensed both as a financial advisor (Series 65) and as a California attorney, with prior experience at Hogan Lovells and the FBI's Los Angeles field office. A Pepperdine graduate (J.D., magna cum laude), he serves as an Elder at The Malibu Gathering and lives in Malibu with his wife and three kids.

Amanda began working with Lockwood in 2019 and transitioned with him into Vincimus, where she serves across executive administration and operations. She lives in Malibu with her husband and three young boys, and has served for more than a decade in children's ministry at The Malibu Gathering.
